Returns & Exchanges

At OddBalls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks must remain in their sealed packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your refund or exchange progress.
